Shipping Options
U.S. Domestic Orders
We offer UPS Ground standard shipping for all U.S. domestic orders, with a transit time of 1-7 business days. Additional delivery options are available for:
- PO Box addresses
- Military locations
- Expedited carrier options

International Orders
Currently, we are not accepting international orders through our website. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and hope to offer this service in the future.
Order Processing Time
Orders typically take up to 7 business days to be processed. Please note:
- Orders placed after 3 PM CST will be processed on the next business day.
- Business days include Monday through Friday and exclude weekends and holidays.
- Orders placed after 3 PM CST on Friday will be processed the following Monday (or next business day).
Incorrect Shipping Information
It is very important to provide accurate and complete shipping information when placing your order. We are not responsible for issues that arise from:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.
- Being unavailable for delivery.
- Packages being held at a pick-up location beyond the maximum allowed time.
If a package is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete information, you will be responsible for the redelivery costs. We cannot issue refunds for any orders with incorrect shipping details provided.
Once your order has been submitted, no edits or cancellations can be made.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they are confirmed to be delivered to the provided shipping address.
If you believe your package is missing, we will:
- Confirm delivery with tracking information.
- Provide delivery details such as the date and carrier info.
It is your responsibility to ensure that your shipping address is correct. Please contact the carrier directly if your package has been lost or stolen and have your tracking number ready to assist with the investigation.
Damaged or Missing Products
We take great care in ensuring that your products arrive in good condition. However, items may occasionally shift in transit, and some wear and tear on the outer packaging may occur due to handling.
If your item arrives damaged, please:
- Inspect the package immediately upon arrival.
- Submit a ticket with photos of the damages.
- Provide any additional information necessary to support your claim.
We will do our best to assist you with resolving any damage issues.
Important: We are aware of unauthorized sellers on platforms like Amazon® selling counterfeit products. We will not honor returns, exchanges, or refunds for products purchased from unauthorized resellers. Please purchase only from authorized retailers to ensure product authenticity.
We reserve 30 days to reship any reported missing or damaged items from the date of the initial shipment.
Items Not in Stock
While we aim to have all products in stock and ready to ship, some items may go on backorder due to high demand. If an item is out of stock:
- We will ship all available items immediately.
- You will receive a store credit for any items that are unavailable.
We will notify you promptly if an item becomes unavailable and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
