2. Reporting Issues
If there is an issue with your order, please notify us within 10 days of the delivery date to ensure a proper resolution. Any issue reported outside of the specified time frame may result in store credit instead of a full resolution.
3. Purchases Made Through Retailers
If you made a purchase through a retailer, please contact the store where you purchased the products for any returns or exchanges. We are unable to assist with returns or exchanges for purchases made through third-party retailers.
